Heat oven to 350°F. Melt butter at room temperature.
Combine the milk and granulated sugar and mix until smooth
Stir the milk sugar solution into the butter in portions

Divide the butter equally into two parts and all-purpose flour separately.
Add red velvet into one of dough, and then placed them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After refrigerating, they are cut into 3mm thick slices, and the pattern is pressed out by the cutting die. The middle circular flower can be used with the decorating mouth.
Flip the cookies over and place on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake until the edges of the cookies just begin to lightly brown, about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
It is possible to add coarse white sugar and white particles on the finished surface.
