The problem of two relativistic magnetic charges bound by a Coulomb force leads to consider subsidiary electric-charge density sustained by the semi-classical magnetic current. The asymptotic expansion for the resulting electric displacement field shows rotational invariance with apparent essential singularity on the equatorial plane cos θr=0 and divergence of apparent total charge. The series is shown to possess Borel summability and renormalization ofQe to a finite value follows which is proportional to the residue of the leading asymptotic term. This bringsQe=−3π/8(1/g′)(1+4π2/g′4 due to the Dirac wave function normalization.
